Our History
Forward-thinking and Future-Focused
JREA has built a powerful track record of success through a range of economic cycles. Founded in 2008, at the height of the economic downturn, JREA has developed an astute and deep understanding in value-add real estate investments. Our founder, Sholom Jacobs, expanded his current real estate portfolio and built JREA with that keen insight, recognizing the downturn for the upturn it will soon after generate.
12 years later, JREA continues to deliver upon that promise.
Utilizing a strategic, creative approach, our team pursues real estate opportunities that we predict will yield the highest IRR. We focus on the end game, investing in and developing distressed, undervalued and poorly-managed real estate portfolios and to find its overlooked value to ensure appreciation over the term of the investment.
